By accessing, registering on, or using the tra777 platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with tra777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. tra777 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet any of the above requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) tra777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tra777 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. tra777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All transactions on the tra777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). tra777 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or PayMaya.

Deposits are credited to your tra777 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. tra777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• tra777 reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawal requests, though we endeavor to process most withdrawals within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation if tra777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the Player under Philippine law.

tra777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees, for which tra777 bears no responsibility.

tra777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.

General bonus conditions applicable to all tra777 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, tra777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account balance. tra777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting odds are set by tra777 and are subject to change up until the time a bet is accepted. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked. tra777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, data errors, or other integrity concerns.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tra777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to tra777 support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward tra777 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may close their own tra777 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tra777's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tra777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

tra777 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
